HOW CAN I BE SURE I'M GOING TO HEAVEN?

 You see it's this way,  it's all mapped out in the Bible,  which of course is God's Word.   His Word is the only real  truth we have.  So I believe it.  He says:

  "All that the Father giveth Me shall come to Me; and him  that cometh to Me I  will in no wise cast  out (John 6:37)

 When a friend once showed me the verses from His Word  that  I  have been sharing with you,  I sensed  God was working in my heart.  I began to realize my need,  deep down,  and knew that what  I was hearing was His truth.   I felt a real desire to do whatever it was that  He was  asking.

 Right there,  I recognized before Him that I had not let  Him into my life.  I was living  for myself..  I began to see  how totally lost and alone I was without God.  He, who  made  me had no part or say in my life.   I confessed to Him  my total inability to save myself.  I asked Him to cleanse  me from  my sin, and come into my life as my Lord  and  Savior.

 Immediately, I knew  there had come a change in my  heart. With the teaching from  God's Word,  and His Work in my life, I have learned  to walk as a spiritual baby and then on to maturity.

 I have no closer friend, companion, counselor, teacher, or Father than my Lord and  Savior,  Jesus Christ.  Since He promised to receive me,  I know that I am truly  His and  He is  mine.   That's  how I am very sure that I am  ....goin2hven.

 You, too, can go.  Right there where you sit, you can talk  to God personally.   Recognize  before Him that you have  nothing good within  you to offer Him. Confess to Him your sin of unbelief  in not having accepted Jesus Christ as  your Savior.  Accept His forgiveness and ask  Him to cleanse your heart and life from sin, to fill you with the Holy Spirit of God, who will walk with you, help you,   and teach you in your new life with Christ.

 This is a matter solely between you and God.    However, many others who also know Him  can help you  get on your feet spiritually.  If you don't know  anyone who  truly loves the Lord and studies His Word, please, please,   write to me. I will keep in contact with you and will be glad to share God's Word and  to counsel you along  the way .
